This Privacy Policy explains how the RingMix app (“the App”), published by Serious Business Software LLC (“we”, “us”), handles your information. The short version: RingMix does its work on your device and does not collect your music.

What RingMix does with your audio

All trimming and AI stem separation happen entirely on your iPhone. The songs and audio files you open in RingMix are never uploaded to us or to any third party. We do not have access to your music library or to the ringtones you create.

Information we do not collect

RingMix does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location, and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it in the first place.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive aggregate, anonymized sales information from Apple, such as how many purchases were made. We do not receive your name or your payment details.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics with developers in your iPhone’s privacy settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and usage data to help us fix bugs and improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity. You can turn it off at any time in Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.

This website

The RingMix website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views without tracking individuals or building advertising profiles.

Children

RingMix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
