Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RingMix app (“the App”), published by Serious Business Software LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use RingMix on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your content and your rights

RingMix only works with audio that you provide. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any song or audio file you import. Do not use the App to create ringtones from material you do not own or do not have permission to use. The ringtones you create are yours.

Purchases and subscriptions

RingMix includes three free exports. Continued use is available through an annual subscription ($9.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($24.99). All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription on your iPhone in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you buy.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and are made through Apple, not through us.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
